Job Title: Wine Sales Executive
Location: 23,Keytuo Estate, Kondivita, Village Rd., Andheri (E), Mumbai – 400059
Role Objective: To contact members from the WSI Member database via outbound calls & emails to sell wines through shipment orders

Job Title: Member Services Executive
Reporting To : Member Services Supervisor
Location: Member Services Centre, Ewart House, Fort; Mumbai
Role Objective: To manage the WSI Member Helpline as well as enroll prospects in The Wine Society of India via inbound and outbound communications .

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION FOR THESE POSITIONS

Education:  Completion of Graduate Studies or Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience:  0-2 years in Direct to Customer sales (Customer Services a plus) Knowledge of wine a plus
Required Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent oral & written communication skills in English
• Strong sales skills
• Confidence & outgoing personality!
• Good team player
• Strong target orientation
• Attention to detail
• Hard working and self motivated
• Patience & good objection handling skills
• Good working knowledge of common computer tools/applications
• Interest in Wine or no objection to drinking alcohol
• Entrepreneurial attitude is a MUST!

Job Title: Brand Manager
Role Objective: Analysis, design and implement the strategies, on-line and off-line, for new member acquisition, ensuring highest quality representation of WSI and FSWD brands, yet in compliance with legal requirements and at the lowest cost.
Education: Completion of University Education. Concentration on Marketing, MBA an advantage.
Experience: 4-5 years Sales & Marketing/Direct Marketing in a senior position.


Job Title: Data Analyst
Role Objective: To manage and maintain the WSI Database and Member Services Reporting
Education: Completion of Graduation Studies
Experience: At least 3 years total in MIS or a similar role.

Other areas of interest:

Logistics, Distribution Operations and Finance – Senior Managers based in Bombay, Bangalore and Kolkatta

Collateral/Brochure Design & Photography – samples of portfolio required, based in Bombay
