also, my point was about the plethora of poser sommeliers who had no degree or diploma but misused the term 'sommelier'. They know who they are. For the rest of my breed, i neither intend nor harbour any ill-will or comment.

			<description>It's sad that one of the finest person's with respect to passion for wines is leaving.I agree that cost cutting should not be at the cost of losing face but your comment that the other sommeliers are not worth does not go down well.Maybe they lack the charisma but some out of them would (might) carry passion for wines.Atleast someone!And wine is a very passionate subject - Aminder Singh  </description>
