Brought to you by the same folks behind the famous Salt Water Grill that closed down a year ago, Salt Water Cafe has become one of Bandra's favourite restaurants almost overnight.

Sandwiched between two floors of the Good Earth home decor store lies the Tasting Room, an enchanting deli that has quickly become extremely popular for its excellent food, great wine list and charming ambiance.

Its menu - serving everything from wild mushroom foccacia with Spanish Chorizo to Polenta with Red Snapper - is universally excellent, but is overshadowed by its desserts; the Philly Cheesecake, Chocolate Mud Pie and Chocolate Ganache are all sensational.

One of the first things that you immediately notice about Olio are its wood-fired ovens, and the wine rack spanning an entire wall. The complimentary bread basket is delicious, and as you munch your way through it, you find yourself hankering for some rustic Italian pizza with a nice Chianti.
