Winemaker Dinner at Valhalla

16 of our lucky members got to savour a fantastic wine dinner with Bernadette Thienpont, maker of our Bordeaux Private Label! Mme Thienpont brought with her a couple of bottles of wine from her family's Chateaux, which just happens to be one of most famous in Bordeaux!

Blue shelled crab in parmesan tuile, palm hearts and sundried tomatoes, with lobster vinaigrette
Roasted Chilean seabass, sweet potato gnocchi and crab veloute
Chef Shantanu does a spectacular job of pairing our wine with his food
The Mystery wine of the night - Vieux Chateau Certan 2004
Bernadette, whose family owns Vieux Chateaux Certan, brought these bottles with her from France!
