An annual event in honour of our Most Preferred Members.  This special wine tasting evening will be hosted by Steven Spurrier, and will recognise 65 of the top wines in the country, as selected by The Wine Society of India’s Board of Wine Advisors – The Best of the Best for 2010!

This spectacular tasting will be followed by an extensive buffet supper.

An extraordinary glass-tasting Masterclass that has enthralled audiences across the world was brough to India for the very first time, only for members of The Wine Society of India!

The Masterclass was followed by dinner, after which guests got to take home a gift of four Riedel glasses from the Vinum XL range, for free!

As the dynamic young co-owner of CVNE, one of Rioja's (Spain) most famous wineries, Victor Urrutia has a lot of interesting stories to tell! 16 of our lucky members got to savour a fantastic wine dinner with Bernadette Thienpont, maker of our Bordeaux Private Label! Mme Thienpont brought with her a couple of bottles of wine from her family's Chateaux, which just happens to be one of most famous in Bordeaux!

Get to sample a range of excellent Italian wines, cheeses and hams free of cost, followed by a sumptuous Italian dinner. Get to meet the producers of these wines, who will tell you all about how the grapes were nurtured to develop the aromas and flavours that leap out of your glass at you!
