Selini Cellar Selection Sauvignon Blanc 2006 - New Zealand

The winery is named after the Sileni who featured in Roman mythology alongside Bacchus, the God of Wine. The vineyards and winery are based near Hastings, Hawke's Bay, on the east coast of the North Island. The Cellar Selection Sauvignon Blanc has intense passionfruit and gooseberry fruit flavours with a vibrant, fresh finish and lovely balance. A perfect aperitif or seafood wine made for drinking young. No wonder Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand has so many friends.

Xanadu Shiraz / Cabernet 2004 Australia

Xanadu was established by Dr John Lagan, an Irishman who arrived in Margaret River in 1968 and was inspired by pioneering spirit of the region. A full-bodied and robust wine offering ample depth of fruit, the generous palate is packed full of ripe, juicy blackberries licorice and spice, while the structure is well defined with ripe approachable tannins. Ripe fruits of the forests combined with confectionery and floral notes complimented by subtle oak characters. Colour: deep red with purple hues. Good pairing with red meat especially lamb, pork. You are in for treat.

Bouvet - Ladubay Rose Sparkling NV - France

Selected exclusively from Anjou and Touraine's AOC vineyards, 100% Cabernet, the lees are removed in the characteristic process of freezing and disgorging. The wine is dosed as brut (Dry), Flattering colour with hints of salmon pink and "partridge eye". Very fine bubbles and a ripe berry bouquet with redcurrant and long-lasting aroma of vine peach. A distinguished wine well-bred and with balanced tannins. A perfect summer-time thirst quencher!

Azagador Vinedos Propios Crianza 2003 - Spain

This red is produced by "Pago De La Jaraba" winery from Albacete, La Mancha, Spain. A blend of 80% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Merlot with clear, medium ruby red colour with a light rim. Distinctive young personality and defined character with a clean, licorice and mature bouquet. Ripe fruity aromas wrapped with spicy and smoke overtones with an impeccable French background of vanilla hints. Medium body, alcohol and intensity. Elegant aroma reminiscent of forest fruit preserves, against a background of toast and vanilla. Rich and complex with smooth, well-balanced and long-lasting tannins that compliment the ripe fruit aromas.

Big Banyan Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 - India

Big Banyan wines get their name from The Big Banyan Tree, also known as Dodda Haladhamarain Kannada, a 300 year old ancient tree new Bangalore. The vineyards are located in Nashik valley. Big Banyan Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep ruby red colour with purple tints. Laroche Punto Nino Sauvignon Blanc 2004 - Chile

Chile's unique landscape provides a wine-growing paradise. Rootstocks here escaped the devastating phylloxera of the late 19th century, and therefore did not need regrafting - thus preserving the unique original heritage. The cool air of the Andes provides a perfect match to the almost perpetual sunshine. This Sauvignon blanc has a lightly smoked palate expression which compliments the delicate aroma of fresh flowers.
